This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and tng66 with respect to the subject matter herein. tng66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a tng66 account or participate in any wagering activity on the platform. This minimum age requirement is consistent with applicable international gaming authority standards. tng66 employs age verification measures during the KYC process and will suspend or permanently close any account found to be operated by a person below the minimum age, with any balance returned to the extent required by applicable regulations.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) tng66 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or MyKad/national identification number — constitute a violation of this Agreement. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any balances therein may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information. tng66 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your account details up to date.
2.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the tng66 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tng66 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any specific territory. Users who access tng66 from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tng66 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party and must notify tng66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Accepted Methods. tng66 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (supported Malaysian banks include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), and other methods listed on the tng66 payments page as updated from time to time. Minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). tng66 does not apply currency conversion to Member transactions — there are no hidden exchange rate margins on deposits or withdrawals.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. tng66 targets withdrawal processing within 20 to 30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow) where KYC is complete and no compliance hold is active. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours on business days. tng66 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.
4.4 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limitations of that method. tng66 reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal methods where the original deposit method is unavailable for payouts.
4.5 Suspicious Transactions. tng66 reserves the right to delay or refuse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. Such transactions may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.
5.1 Offer Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by tng66 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. General bonus terms set out in this clause apply to all tng66 promotions unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your tng66 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified — unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
5.3 Abuse. tng66 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the accounts of any Members it reasonably determines to be engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim single-entitlement offers; exploiting low-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements contrary to promotion intent; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
5.4 One Active Bonus. Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one bonus offer may be active on your tng66 account at any time. Depositing while a bonus is active and wagering requirements are pending may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the tng66 platform operates according to rules published by the respective game provider. tng66 does not modify game rules or payout structures beyond those determined by the provider. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round, tng66 will use its reasonable endeavours to determine the outcome of the affected round from available system logs. tng66 reserves the right to void any round where the outcome cannot be determined with sufficient certainty. tng66 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

9.2 tng66's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to tng66 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 tng66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game outcomes, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose beyond entertainment.

11.2 Account Termination by Member. You may close your tng66 account at any time by contacting live support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
11.3 Account Termination by tng66. tng66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, including without notice, in cases of: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or any other conduct tng66 reasonably determines to be contrary to the integrity of the platform.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which tng66 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and tng66, you agree to first contact tng66 support to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being notified to tng66, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.
